Dear all.

After a very very painful process we have now all outstanding orders and stock here - we paid and ordered this (as you will remember) back in February.

Clearly this is not good enough for any of us. So to those ends we have been working with a new supplier who has a lead time of just 14 days so we will no longer ever have this sort of issue again.

The stock that just arrived at 07:15 will now be processed and the outstanding orders will be dispatched.

We thank you all so much for your complete patience and understanding and we hope to see you all soon.
